Prohibited & Restricted Items (IATA Safety Compliance)

In compliance with IATA rules and international safety regulations, Swift Lane Logistics does not accept hazardous or restricted items under any circumstance.

Any company claiming to ship these items in violation of IATA regulations is acting outside the law, and such shipments are at high risk of delay, seizure, fines, or destruction by airline and regulatory authorities.

Restricted items include, but are not limited to:

Flammable or pressurized items such as perfumes, colognes, aerosol sprays, deodorants, hair sprays, insect sprays, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, paints, paint thinners, nail polish, nail polish remover, matches, and torch lighters.

Battery-related and electronic hazards including loose lithium batteries, power banks, vapes, and e-cigarettes.

Explosives and gas-related items such as fireworks, sparklers, butane or propane gas canisters, CO₂ cartridges, and compressed gas cylinders.

Automotive and mechanical items containing hazardous materials, including vehicle airbags, car shocks or struts, used fuel tanks, fuel-contaminated parts, brake fluid, and automotive chemicals.

Chemical, toxic, or regulated materials including bleach, strong cleaning agents, acids, ammonia-based products, pesticides, mercury-containing items, medical or biological waste, and radioactive materials.

Swift Lane Logistics operates under strict IATA safety and compliance standards. Any shipment found to contain restricted items will be rejected, and responsibility rests solely with the shipper.
